The End of 2010

I can't believe it's already the end of the year!
Tomorrow will welcome in 2011 - it seems like 2010 just barely started!  Did anyone else's year fly by?  It's been a good year though - I started my blog in February and am a lot more comfortable blogging now than I was back then (though I've been a lot less active during the holidays!).  It's so fun participating in the book community!

I was hoping to read more than the 43 books I read in 2009 and surpass 100 books this year, but realized that's not the most realistic (or responsible) goal for me with two small children around. :) I did manage to read 12 debut author titles, completing the Story Siren's Debut Author Challenge, which I'm super excited about - I LOVE reading debut authors! - and I'm happy with the 56 books I did complete.  :)

I'll be posting soon about my favorites, but here's everything I read - excluding children's picture books - in 2010 (thanks to a goodreads widget):

Pegasus
One Night That Changes Everything
Delirium
Solid
Glimmer
Lost in the Wild: A Choose Your Path Book
Glimpse
Matched
Selling Hope
Enchanted Ivy
Speak
Clockwork Angel
Glimpse
The Very Little Princess
Earth Is Not Alone
Paranormalcy
Room
Life, Liberty, and Pursuit
Mockingjay
Flipped

So many great books!

Here are a few of my Book Blogging Resolutions for 2011:
1)  Post 1 book review a week (and don't obsess over every detail).
2)  Be more regularly social in commenting on others' book blogs.
3) Host 5 giveaways (hosted 2 this year).
4) Complete the 2011 DAC.

♥♥ Happy New Year, friends! ♥♥
May the new year bring even more happiness and the fulfillment of all your new year resolutions!
